Return and Refund Policy for Alma’s Home Studio

Thank you for choosing Alma’s Home Studio! We are committed to providing a memorable photography experience and high-quality images for your family. Our return and refund policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and product exchanges.
1. Session Fees
Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £99 is required to secure your session date. This fee covers our time and preliminary preparations and is applied toward your total session cost.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 4 days in advance at no additional charge. If rescheduling is necessary due to illness or unexpected circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find an alternate date.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made before the session will result in the loss of the booking fee. Cancellations after this period may result in additional costs depending on the circumstances.
Photographer-Initiated Cancellations: If we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the booking fee.
3. Product and Digital Image Refunds
Digital Images: All sales of digital images are final. Once digital files have been delivered via online gallery or USB, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Printed Products: We partner with professional printing labs to ensure the highest quality for prints, albums, and other products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace any products with verified issues at no additional cost.
4. Re-Shoots
We aim to capture beautiful and memorable moments during each session. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your session images, please contact us within 2 days of the gallery release. Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer and may incur additional charges.
5. Gallery Viewing and Downloading
Gallery Availability: Your online gallery will be available for viewing and downloading for 10 days after the session. It is your responsibility to download and back up your images within this timeframe.
Extension Fees: If you require additional time to view your gallery, please contact us before the expiration date. Extensions may be provided for a fee.
