We decided that we had enough of disappointment for our children this year. Missed birthday parties, school, graduations, holidays... the list goes on.

One of the earliest memories for me is Christmas time and Father Christmas.. Christmas is the time of joy and family and good memories.. And after hearing the rumours and some confirmed information, which stated that Santa will be not visiting in various places in Dorset… I had an idea, which came true, once I met the “big man” .. fast forward, we revamped and redesigned our Christmas mini sessions this year ( we did leave 3 dates for those who prefer different set ups and NO Santa - they are published exclusively for our Christmas MINI group ( you can join it here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2859382684091820) ) )

so CHILDREN WILL NOT MISS OUT ON SEEING SANTA in 2020!

So What is our Vision for 2020 Father Christmas Experience at Alma’s Home Studio, Dorset?
We have planned 15min sessions with Santa per family. This will be enough time for children to meet him, tell him what they want for Christmas. Santa will also have little pressie per household - a sparkling bag of reindeer food with the story.
In the mean time, I will act as a naughty elf and will capture those moments of them interacting , listening to Santa. Also will ask children to pose for a portrait with Santa, so we can put it in the Santas workshop for Elves to see and be inspired! (well we all know, who are the REAL Christmas Elves.. don’t we?)
Children ALL AGES are welcome! However it will be immediate family members per session only. We still need to control the amount of people that we can accommodate with social distancing in mind. Cousins can book two consequent sessions as we would need to plan it ahead. BABIES who can’t sit unaided will need someone to hold them, as our sessions will be contact free this year. ALL FAMILY is welcome to join in for a photo!!
Father Christmas Experience is set for £10 per session.

(photos will start from £49 and is separate to the session fee. Online gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session where you will be able to choose and purchase)
However, you are under no obligation to purchase.

What measures we have taken to stay safe ?

We have planned out 15min cleaning time after each session.
Santa will be washing his hands prior each session and will have new white gloves for each household.
Hand sterilising station will be situated outside the studio so Everyone will be required to sanitise their hands before entering.
The toilets will not be available to access in the studio.
Adults will be required to wear a mask/face covering ( only to be removed if posing for photos)
We will ask not to attend the session if showing any COVID related symptoms.
Santa will have no direct contact with children, they will be sat next to him or stand next to him. But this will not stop the fun and excitement!

The dates for this year:
OCTOBER: 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th
Because of the cleaning times in between, spaces are limited this year, and this is why we are asking for you to be in our mailing list, so you won’t miss out!

I am so excited to see children faces when they will see the Santa!

Oh and on the last note… why is it not November? Firstly, if you will be getting photos for Christmas pressies this year, you want them in time, so you can plan your Xmas cards and pressies. Secondly, November is known as cold and flu month, so we just don’t want children to miss out on such an experience, because they caught a flu.. Or if our government will decide to lock us down again…
We are keeping positive! After all, after this year, Christmas can start little earlier, right??
